Broth on a Rainy Day

When it rains, we look for broth

How can you resist a warm slurp on such a rainy day?

although this may not be my top pick for ramen, it does the job.

Ikkoryu Original Tonkotsu P330

With chashu, green onion, bamboo shoots, wood ear and dried seaweed

Although Fukuoka Ramen‘s broth has good flavor, i feel other ramen houses offer a thicker and more savory broth which i like. The noodles are also pretty good but Hubby thinks that an order deserves more noodles especially for the price of a bowl.

A good alternative but not at the top of my list…
