thaw angus beef tapa in the chiller overnight

heat a non stick pan over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes before adding the angus beef

cook for 2-3 minutes before turning

keep the beef moving in the pan until you get a nice deep brown color

i like mine a little crunchy so a little extra toasting was in order for my plate

while hubby was cooking our angus beef tapa i was making home made iced tea
