We Don’t Mind

Kanzhu-32
Hubby and i have been waiting for Kanzhu‘s doors to open for months so when we saw that they were serving customers but on dry run…we didn’t mind

The two noodle lovers that we are, we just couldn’t resist

Kanzhu-2

as we were checking out the menu we were served a bowl of broth which was a preview of the flavors we were about to sample

Kanzhu-3

the broth was very tasty and if this was just a sample then we were definitely excited to order a bowl with their hand pulled noodles

Kanzhu-5

Hand pulled noodles or Lamian is made by folding and stretching dough until they become string like

Kanzhu-6

I love watching hand pulled noodles being made so i couldn’t resist taking photos of the noodle man in action

  1. You must, must order the A1 braised beef dry noodles! It is my absolute favorite in Kanzhu Timog. You must go back for that. (Drooling just thinking about it) And the shrimp hakaw too!
