Weekend Food Choices Week 42: Delicious Ramen with the Elusive Marinated Tamago

Hubby was ready to go when i got home today, as if he was excited about something. After a good but slightly depressing movie, i realized what he was so excited about

Finally, a ramen place near our house that serves tonkotsu based broth (pork bone broth) and the elusive marinated tamago. YUUUMMMMM!

In every ramen place in Manila, i would always ask for a marinated tamago like the ramen we ordered in Japan but in Manila, it would usually be the regular hard boiled tamago…until now

I almost didn’t notice the noisy environment and having to share the long table with other people, it is after all a ramen bar. If you saw and tasted the bowls we ordered, i don’t think you would mind either…

Hubby ordered the Super Chasyu Ramen

With delicious broth and overflowing chasyu (pork) and tamago, we were sold!

I got the RBS #1

Simply put, it’s a bowl of everything good on earth! Yum, yum and yum!

After we had slurped our bowls dry, Hubby and i exited the Ramen Bar, with the same thing in mind…when can we go back?!
Delicious ramen and great service! We will definitely be back soon!
