Could this actually measure up to our fave donut?

i remember how, not so long ago, we were so addicted to Krispy Kreme that we would endure lugging a box on the plane just to enjoy the taste of it locally. So you can imagine how intrigued we were when we heard there was a new donut shop that equaled our fave holed dessert.

J. Co is an Indonesian donut shop that boasts of quality donuts with ingredients from all over the world.

They’ve opened 2 shops in Manila and will expand to a few more before the year ends.

Hubby decided he would stick with his favorite glazed donut while i wanted something different.

Glazzy (Php42)

The glazed variety was surprisingly delicious almost as good as our favorite donut but i must say Krispy Kreme still wins when it comes to being a melt in your mouth pastry.

Alcapone (Php42)

Belgian white chocolate and Californian almonds on top of J. Co’s signature soft donut. Pretty good as well. Delicious with their creamy hot chocolate (Php115)!

a good alternative but just not good enough!
