Thinking of Good Broth on a Rainy Day
Im stuck at home today because Lima was sent for repairs so I had nothing to do on such a gloomy, rainy day.
Makes me think of the really good Vietnamese restaurant we tried.
Their spring rolls were alright dipped in the dish’s peanut sauce

Their egg rolls nice and crunchy

This is one of the best Pho broth I have tasted!

Steaming delicious broth and good Vietnamese coffee for lunch
Truly satisfying!
Now I wonder, what do the numbers in Pho restaurants mean?
Would you know what it means?

i havent tried vietnamese food yet but i think i might like it. any suggestions of a good pho place in manila? i like vietnamese coffee though, it has a kick sweet thingy. hehehehe
So far among the places where we’ve had pho here in Manila, Pho Hoa Vietnamese Noodle House has the best broth and side dishes. There’s one in almost all SM malls, in Greenbelt, Trinoma, Paseo and Tomas Morato. Try their Vietnamese coffee there too, it has that kick sweet thingy you were describing! =)
i’ve only been in love with spring roll two months ago when a high school friend of mine tried to evangelize Vietnamese food. some did in the past, but did not triumph. spring roll won me over. i’m also in love with the pho 79 logo. clever design.
