If I Could Leave My Heart In San Francisco
What’s a visit to the wonderful city of SF if it’s not for this?
When you visit this beautiful city, you will have your fill of interesting tourist attractions
But lets not forget the wide variety of good food you can find
But nothing beats SF’s Seafood at Fisherman’s Wharf
After an interesting boat ride at the bay, my sister showed us what we really wanted to see

Fisherman’s Wharf has a long row of seafood stalls where you could order and eat at the counters.

We decided to get a taste of their famous clam chowder

It was good and creamy but i wish it was served piping hot instead of at room temperature. It would have been perfect on that windy day we were there. My favorite would have to be the calamari and crab meat that we ordered with it

Yum, yum, yum!
After a couple of meters of post lunch walking, we ended up in Pier 39 where we treated ourselves to some dessert.
need i say more?
If only i could leave my tummy heart in San Francisco

i love those foods! i suddenly miss sanfo’s fisherman’s wharf & palace of fine arts with this post! when we went there few years back, tickets to alcatraz were already sold out. lucky you for having a chance to experienced it. btw, have you tried ghirardelli chocolates there? …that clam chowder photo makes me salivate now.
Hi Doc, we ordered the tickets to Alcatraz on line because they warned us that tickets do get sold out. You should take the tour on your next visit. It was one of my favorite attraction in SF. And yes we did try their Ghirardelli Squares, i love their Dark Chocolate with mint and the one with peanut butter!
If there was truly a place that I could leave my heart in, it would be San Franciso. It is truly one of the most charming places on earth. Good job with the pics. I think I’m going to have to plan another trip!
Woohoo!
i don’t blame you, SF is such a charming place that you’d love to visit again and again
