signs of the times

im currently in what you could call a sabbatical from my career for an occupational upgrade.

so this is what it feels like to be unaffiliated!  fortunately i have mentors like Drs RS, CA & FV who gives me opportunities to bring home some bacon of my own.  its funny, although i know i have enough lucre to get me comfortably through on a daily basis, not having a contract that assures how much i can refill my purse IS scary!
